This Payment Policy explains the payment methods accepted on skycampsupply.com (the “Website”), operated by PalaceofPalms LLC dba Sky Camp Supply (“Sky Camp Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or Shopify’s supported payment processors.

2) Accepted Payment Methods

Payment options available to you will display at checkout and may include:

  • Venmo (where available through PayPal)

Availability may vary by location, device, browser, order total, and the payment provider’s policies.

3) Buy Now, Pay Later and Installments

If you choose Shop Pay Installments or Affirm, your financing agreement is with the provider—not Sky Camp Supply. Approval decisions, repayment schedules, interest/fees (if any), and account servicing are handled by the provider under their terms and privacy practices.

4) Payment Processing, Confirmation, and Receipts

After you place an order, you will typically receive:

  • an order confirmation email, and

  • a receipt or payment confirmation (digital).

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within a reasonable time, check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.

Orders are processed in the currency shown at checkout (typically U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise displayed). If your bank account is in a different currency, your bank may apply conversion rates and fees.

Some payment methods and card issuers may place an authorization hold for the purchase amount. Authorization holds are controlled by your bank/card issuer and may remain temporarily even after a transaction is completed, updated, or canceled.
