These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of skycampsupply.com (the “Website”) and any related products, services, content, features, and functionality (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are owned and operated by PalaceofPalms LLC dba Sky Camp Supply (“Sky Camp Supply,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.


1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services or place an order. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you use the Services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.


2. Accounts and Security

Some features may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or use.


3. Orders, Availability, and Acceptance

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify offerings at any time.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion, including due to:

  • inventory or availability issues
  • pricing or listing errors
  • suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • shipping, freight, or service limitations

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

We strive for accuracy, but the Website may contain errors or omissions (including product descriptions, specifications, compatibility notes, lead times, promotions, pricing, shipping estimates, and availability). We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.


4. Pricing, Currency, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout (typically USD, unless otherwise displayed) and may change without notice. If your bank account is in a different currency, your bank may apply conversion rates and fees.

Applicable sales tax and other required fees are calculated at checkout where required by law.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by Sky Camp Supply.

Promotions, discount codes, and offers are subject to additional terms if stated, may be limited in time or quantity, and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless expressly stated, promotions may not be combined.


5. Payments, Billing, and Authorization

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods made available at checkout, which may include:

  • Shop Pay
  • PayPal (including Venmo where available through PayPal)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Buy-now-pay-later options such as Shop Pay Installments or Affirm (where available and subject to eligibility)

Payment method availability may vary by location, device, browser, order total, and the payment provider’s policies. The most current options will always be shown at checkout.

5.2 Payment Processing and Receipts

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or Shopify-supported payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

After placing an order, you will typically receive an order confirmation email and/or payment confirmation. If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.

5.3 Billing Authorization and Information Accuracy

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for your order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges disclosed at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information.

If billing information is incorrect or outdated, payment may be declined, and your order may be delayed or canceled.

5.4 Authorization Holds and Pending Charges

Your bank or card issuer may place an authorization hold for the purchase amount. Authorization holds are controlled by your financial institution and may remain temporarily even after a transaction is completed, updated, canceled, or refunded.

5.5 Split Shipments and Multiple Charges

If your order contains multiple items (including items shipping from different suppliers), items may ship separately. Depending on payment processor behavior, you may see separate shipment confirmations and/or multiple captures that together equal your order total.

You will not be charged more than the total amount authorized at checkout (excluding any customer-approved add-on charges).

5.6 Financing and Installments (Shop Pay Installments / Affirm)

If you select a financing or installment option (including Shop Pay Installments or Affirm), your agreement is directly with the provider, not Sky Camp Supply. These providers have their own approval criteria, terms, fees (if any), and repayment schedules. We are not responsible for decisions made by financing providers or for disputes related solely to a financing provider’s services.

5.7 Fraud Prevention, Verification, and Billing Disputes

We may use fraud-prevention tools and may request additional information to verify orders. We reserve the right to hold, cancel, or limit orders that cannot be verified or appear unauthorized.

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, you agree to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in restrictions on future purchases.

We reserve the right to provide transaction records, delivery confirmation, and related communications to payment processors and financial institutions in connection with dispute resolution.


6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping details, delivery estimates, and limitations are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather, supply chain disruptions, customs clearance, or manufacturer lead times.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.

Freight and Curbside Delivery

Certain products may ship via freight (LTL) or curbside delivery. Freight deliveries typically require scheduling and customer availability. You are responsible for ensuring access to the delivery location and for being available during the scheduled delivery window.

Curbside delivery means delivery to the curb or driveway only. Carriers are not required to move items beyond this point or assist with unpacking or installation. Missed delivery appointments, re-delivery fees, storage fees, or access issues may result in additional charges.

Inspection Upon Delivery (Important)

You are responsible for inspecting deliveries at the time of receipt. Visible damage must be noted with the carrier at delivery and reported to us promptly.

*Important Note: Failure to note visible damage at delivery may limit available remedies.

To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged, contact us and we will assist in coordinating next steps with the carrier or supplier as applicable.


7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that policy regarding returns or refunds, the Returns & Refunds Policy controls.

Certain products may be custom-made, made-to-order, or subject to extended lead times and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.


8. Product Information, Use, Installation, and Safety

8.1 No Professional Advice

The Website may include general information related to outdoor products, camping, glamping, travel, safety, maintenance, installation, or similar topics. This information is provided for general informational purposes only and is not professional advice.

Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, tax, financial, medical, or health advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

8.2 Product Information; Errors and Changes

Product descriptions, specifications, compatibility notes, lead times, pricing, and availability are provided for convenience and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that product information is error-free, complete, or current. If you have questions about a product’s features, fit, or compatibility, please contact us before purchasing.

8.3 Inherent Risks; Proper Use

Outdoor products and structures may involve inherent risks, including risks related to weather, terrain, anchoring, installation, fire, carbon monoxide, wildlife, and outdoor activity.

You are responsible for reviewing and following all manufacturer instructions, warnings, and safety guidance, and for using products properly and safely. Improper installation, modification, or use may void warranties and increase risk.

8.4 Manufacturer Responsibility and Warranties

Products sold through the Services are manufactured and supplied by third-party manufacturers. Any manufacturer warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer, not by Sky Camp Supply, unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, installation errors, or misuse beyond our obligations under applicable law.

8.5 Site Conditions and Compliance

You are responsible for evaluating site conditions, zoning requirements, permits, and suitability prior to purchase and installation. Site preparation, anchoring, foundations, and compliance with local regulations are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product curation, and software, is owned by Sky Camp Supply or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from the Services without our express written permission.


10. User Content and Reviews

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKY CAMP SUPPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

If unresolved, claims may be brought in state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing prevents either party from pursuing eligible claims in small claims court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


20. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sky Camp Supply regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
