Billing Terms & Conditions

1) Introduction
These Billing Terms & Conditions (“Billing Terms”) describe how billing, authorizations, and payment-related issues are handled for purchases made on skycampsupply.com (the “Website”), operated by PalaceofPalms LLC dba Sky Camp Supply (“Sky Camp Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Billing Terms supplement our Terms of Service and related policies. If there is a conflict, our Terms of Service control unless stated otherwise.
2) Pricing and Currency
A. Pricing
All prices are shown on the Website and may change without notice. Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply to your order at the time you place it.
B. Currency
Orders are processed in the currency shown at checkout (typically U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise displayed). If your bank account is in a different currency, your bank may apply currency conversion rates and fees.
3) Taxes, Duties, and Fees
A. Sales Tax
Sales tax (and other applicable taxes) will be calculated at checkout where required.
B. International Duties and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import charges imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
4) Payment Methods and Processing
We accept payment methods made available at checkout, which may include Shop Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay Installments, and Affirm (where available and subject to eligibility).
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or Shopify’s supported payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.
5) Authorization Holds and Pending Charges
Some payment methods and card issuers place an authorization hold when you place an order. This is not a fee and is controlled by your bank/card issuer. Holds may remain temporarily even after an order is updated, canceled, or refunded.
6) Order Review, Verification, and Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and our business, we may use fraud-prevention tools and may request additional information to verify an order. We reserve the right to:

hold an order for review,

cancel an order, or

limit quantities
when we believe a transaction may be fraudulent or unauthorized.
7) Billing Information Accuracy
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information at checkout. If your billing information is incorrect or outdated, your payment may be declined or your order may be delayed or canceled.
8) Split Shipments and Multiple Charges
If your order contains multiple items (including items shipping from different suppliers), your items may ship separately. Depending on the payment method and processor behavior, you may see:

separate shipment confirmations, and/or

multiple charges or captures that together equal your order total.
You will not be charged more than the total amount authorized at checkout (excluding any customer-approved add-on charges).
9) Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
If we confirm an overcharge, we will issue a refund or credit to your original payment method. If we discover an undercharge due to a technical or processing issue, we may contact you to resolve the balance before fulfilling the order or before processing future orders.
10) Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback may delay resolution and may impact your ability to place future orders.
11) Refunds and Credits
Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated in our policies (for example, certain gift returns may be refunded as store credit).
12) Buy Now, Pay Later (Shop Pay Installments / Affirm)
If you choose Shop Pay Installments or Affirm, your financing agreement is with the provider, not Sky Camp Supply. Approval decisions, repayment schedules, interest/fees (if any), and account servicing are managed by the provider under their terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for disputes related solely to a financing provider’s services.
13) Changes to These Billing Terms
We may update these Billing Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on the Website, and the “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision.
