  • Freight delivery, with curbside placement or optional inside delivery if explicitly stated on the product page.

For items that include inside delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. A customer signature may be required at delivery. Assembly and moving of existing items are not included unless noted.

Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy: Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

After 24 hours, most orders will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.

Custom, Built-To-Order, on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. 

Damaged Items: All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair, or replace any item damaged during shipment or faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.
